Ginger Biscuits- 20 to 22
Instant Coffee powder- 2 tsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1.5 tbsp (one and a half)
Dark Chocolate grated- 1.5 cup (one and a half)
Whipped Cream for icing
Chocolate Vermicelli for garnishing
Walnuts chopped, for garnishing
Add coffee powder to 1.5 cup lukewarm water to make decotion. Dip ginger biscuits in the decotion and place them vertically one after the other in square baking dish to resemble a log. Make 2 such logs.
To make chocolate sauce, heat milk in a non stick pan. Add sugar, grated chocolate and mix well. Pour this sauce over the biscuits and set aside for sometime to cool in the fridge.
Fill the whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle and pipe over the biscuits. Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli over the cream portion and walnuts elsewhere and serve immediately.
