Bid adieu to mango with Mango Mousse……
2 medium sized Mangoes
100 ml Fresh Cream (I used Amul)
2 tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1 tbsp Gelatin
4 tbsp Water
Whipped Cream for garnishing
1. Blend mangoes and sugar in food processor to make a smooth paste.
2.Now add fresh cream to this mixture and mix well.
3. Add water to gelatin and heat it by using double boiler method till it becomes transparent.
4. Now add gelatin little by little to mango mixture and whisk simultaneously.
5. Place this mixture in the refrigerator to set it and decorate it with whipped cream or mango pcs before serving.
Serve chilled. Enjoy…
