Mango mania continues… Beat the heat this summer with the very tasty and healthy Mango Yoghurt….
500g Full cream milk
150 ml Mango pulp
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp of yoghurt starter
Mint sprig for garnishing
Boil the milk. Remove from heat. Cool the milk to 43-45 degree celsius. Add the fresh yoghurt culture/ yoghurt starter to warm milk. Mix well. Let it rest for 4-5 minutes. Mix well mango pulp ans sugar first and add to the milk. Stir well till completely dissolved.
Now pour the mixture into the container and cover. Place the container in a warm oven (43 degree celsius) or any preferred method of incubation. Incubate, without disturbing for 6-8 hours or until set. Garnish with a mint sprig. After it is set refrigerate before serving. Chill and serve. Enjoy the mango madness…
