100g roasted Almonds
2 tbsp Sugar (loaded)
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Put sugar and water in a wok or kadai on low heat. Once it melts add almonds. Keep stirring till the almonds are well coated with syrup and become transparent. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Once done spread the almonds separately on a flat dish to cool. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!!!!
